Victoria L. (Vickie) Rogers serves as the Clerk and Comptroller.

DUE TO THE THREAT OF HURRICANE HELENE AND HARDEE COUNTY BEING UNDER A TROPICAL STORM WARNING.
ALL HEARINGS AND COURTS FOR THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2024, ARE CANCELLED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED. CALL FRIDAY IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS 863-773-4174.
THE COURTHOUSE AND THE CLERK’S OFFICE WILL BE OPEN AS USUAL ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2024, AT 8:30 AM.
All Court Proceedings, Tickets, Citations, or Orders due during the closure will be rescheduled.
For Injunctions, Marchman’s, or Baker Acts, please contact Law Enforcement and someone will come to the courthouse to provide the paperwork to file.
